Organizing an online store for a company that has over 10,000 products is a little complicated. We worked with the Aldo Group to re-evaluate and re-organize the architecture, user interface, and retail strategy for it’s online store experience.
Each step from initial landing, to finding the shoes you need, to the cross-sell options that are most likely to enhance your main purchase, were re-imagined.
On the back-end, we worked with the Aldo Group to implement iCongo's series of Cross-Channel Marketing and Invetory Management tools. We created style guides and standardized shopping elements to help their marketing teams across the globe remain consistent and create a uniform user experience with each seasonal update. The Aldo Group is now the largest online retailer of shoes and accessories.
